Dr. Long was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry after witnessing the life-changing impact that quality dental care had on his mother. Initially self-conscious about her smile, her visit to a dentist marked a turning point, resulting in a newfound confidence that Dr. Long observed firsthand.

Dr. Long was born in Dallas and raised in Shreveport, LA. After graduating from Caddo Magnet High School, he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana Tech University. He was awarded Student of the Year in 2012. He then earned his doctorate in dental surgery from the Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Long enjoys practicing the full scope of general dentistry, but he is particularly interested in crown and bridge treatments, root canals, dental implants, and Invisalign® orthodontics. Dr. Long believes in providing comprehensive and preventive care that addresses both your short- and long-term dental care goals, and he promises to provide an honest, judgment-free environment.

His ability to combine expert care with lighthearted humor makes every visit feel less like a chore and more like a stand-up show with floss. 😁. These is my 2nd time coming to get my teeth cleaned. Stellar experience, I highly recommend Tracey Dental. He is the best ever!!!!!!!
