What can you expect during your first visit?
Your journey to a brighter smile begins with a warm greeting from our dental assistant who will take the time to gather your medical history. Following this, she will proceed with a series of x-rays and photographs. These are crucial steps; x-rays reveal the hidden stories beneath your gums and between your teeth while photographs capture the visible aspects of your teeth.
After the initial diagnostics, you'll meet Dr. Long who will conduct an in-depth examination of your oral health. This includes a cancer screening, offered as a complimentary service to all our patients, emphasizing our holistic approach to dental care. Dr. Long will then discuss potential treatment options and recommend the appropriate type of cleaning based on your specific needs. At Tracey Dental, our goal is to provide you with a clear understanding of your dental health and to work together to achieve your best smile.

I wanted a second opinion on crowns I got done 5 months ago that still hurt. Dr. Long was able to come up with a second option to attempt to relieve my pain before getting root canals. I appreciate how honest he is and for taking the time to talk through options with me. He doesn’t try to offer procedures not needed or tries to scare you. I look forward to my procedure!
