I can't even tell you when I write my first post below, but I'M STILL HERE!!! I still absolutely live Tracey Dental. When I walk into Dr. Long's office, I feel right at home. ...and I LOVE that he doesnt spend time trying to sale me on procedures. He does his job, makes suggestions as needed, and allows me to fuide my treatment. Dr. Long and his staff feel like family to me. This dental practice is THE REAL DEAL!! May, 2023!!! (You can read my previous post below). ************************************ 1st post: This was my very first appointment with Dr. Long. I first met him and learned of his practice at a wellness event hosted by my church. I already had a personal dentist, and had been a patient at the previous practice since 2007. After meeting Dr. Long I asked him if I could schedule a consultation to get a 2nd opinion regarding my oral health and current treatment. A couple of days later, one of Dr. Long's receptionist called me to follow up and schedule an appointment. By the end of my appointment, there was no question that Dr. Long would become my new official dentist. Not only was his staff friendly and professional, but Dr. Long was personable, professional, and patient. I truly appreciated that Dr. Long treated me like an individual, rather than just "another patient". We talked about things that I was interested in. He even shared how he was inspired by his mom to go into dentistry and then name his practice after her, "Tracey." :-) During my exam, I was excited to learn that Dr. Long takes digital x-rays, so my body wasn't being exposed to radiation. That made me feel safe! Then Dr. Long took the time to explain the x-rays in terms that I can actually understand. His explanations gave me true knowledge of my oral health and what steps I needed to take until my next visit. I don't feel like Dr. Long did what was best for his practice, rather he did what was best for me. Also, I have dental insurance, but I really like that Dr. Long's practice is set up to be affordable for those who are without dental benefits. Overall, Tracey Dental doesn't just look good on paper, but it's actually a good practice, with good people, owned by a good dentist. At the end of my visit I didn't have to think twice. Tracey Dental is my new dentist office, and I look forward to my return in 6 months."
